IT'IS USA has become a member of the prestigious Medical Device Innovation Consortium (MDIC), a USA-based consortium of world-leading players in the medical device industry with the aim "to advance regulatory science in the medical device industry" by "coordinating the development of methods, tools, and resources used in managing the total product life cycle of a medical device to improve patient access to cutting-edge medical technology." 

IT'IS USA and its sister company in Switzerland will contribute their expertise and longlasting experience in computational life sciences to the Computational Modeling and Simulation project. With its unique position at the interface between research, industry, and regulators, and its strong involvement in the establishment of safety standards for medical devices, IT'IS is looking forward to being an active member of this consortium.
